1. Order Processing & Delivery
Once you place an order on Tannro, we will begin processing your order within 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
After processing, your order will be shipped via our selected courier.
Delivery time depends on your location. Typically, for local/domestic orders we aim for 5–7 business days (or as per courier schedule). For international orders (if applicable), delivery time may vary depending on destination country, customs, and courier.
Shipping Fees: Unless otherwise stated, shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout. If you qualify for any free-shipping promotion (e.g. orders over a specified amount), that will also show up at checkout.
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email (and/or SMS) containing shipping details. If tracking is available, we will provide a tracking number so you can track your package.
2. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Tannro, you may request a return, refund, or exchange, subject to the conditions below:
Eligibility
Returns/exchanges/refunds must be requested within [30] days of delivery (or another time window you choose).
The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all original packaging, tags and accessories intact.
You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, invoice or other confirmation email) when submitting a return.
Return Process
To initiate a return/exchange/refund, please contact us at info@tannro.com within the return window.
In your request, include your order number, date of purchase, reason for return, and whether you prefer a refund, exchange, or store credit (if you offer store credit).
Once we confirm your return eligibility, we will provide instructions for how to send the item back (return shipping address, any required paperwork, etc.).
Refunds & Exchanges
If the return meets our terms, we will process a full refund, exchange the item, or issue store credit, as per your preference (provided you selected that option).
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise specified.
Please allow [3–7 business days] after we receive the returned item for the refund or exchange to be processed.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.
If the item is defective, damaged in transit or wrong item was sent, Tannro will cover the return shipping cost or offer free return/exchange (as applicable).
Items Not Eligible for Return / Final Sale
Some products may be marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or otherwise non-returnable — such items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used, washed, worn, damaged by customer misuse, or missing original tags/packaging.
3. Exceptions & Special Cases
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order — with photos of the damage/defect — so we can initiate a replacement or refund immediately.
For orders lost in transit (after courier confirms shipment), please contact us. We will attempt to trace the shipment, or if lost, offer a replacement or refund depending on circumstances.
If you cancel an order after it has been shipped, you will be treated as a return: you will need to return the item at your cost (unless we specify otherwise), and refund/exchange will follow the standard return process.
4. How to Request a Return / Contact Us
To request a return/refund/exchange:

Provide your order number, date of purchase, reason for return, and preferred resolution (refund / exchange / store credit).
Wait for our confirmation email with return instructions.
Ship back the item following the instructions given.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund/exchange as per policy.
5. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to update or modify this Delivery & Returns Policy at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will be effective when posted on the website.
