We offer complimentary nationwide delivery across Pakistan on all orders.

As each Tannro product is handmade and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom or personalized items.

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. After inspection, we will repair, replace, or resolve the issue at no additional cost.
